I think this guy has a pretty unique channel and really enjoy his work.
I often wonder if I'm overthinking some of my shots (of which most of you seasoned pilots would prolly scoff at) but this 12 second clip seems to suggest maybe not :)

I try to plan every shot, but some of my best stuff is things I took on the way back from the planned location.
lol this, i can plan a shot and do it 30 times and i usually end up liking the very first one the best and or something out side of the plan lol.

Not a bad video, i do wonder though the way he was flying if he had the anti collision on or off... i would think it would of caught him going towards that bridge and pushed him down a little with the forward sensor

I end up with something of a hybrid approach. If I have good Google Earth imagery on the area I want to fly in, I use it to plan the shots. When I actually fly the mission I almost always find additional shots that are good.

In post. I select what works best in the context of the piece I am working on.

From other videos I've seen by him he turns off sensors...I think he really enjoys those moments of where he "nearly shat himself" ?
I aspire to have that kind of attitude...but it may take me years.

Lol yah, I have refresh on mine and while it makes me a little more adventurous I still don't want to test sensors ability to perform into a concrete structure.

I enjoyed his video if only for the fact that there are more like us who constantly look for shots lol

And then I saw it..an architectural masterpiece of a bridge crossing a swampy water run off drain, and I knew if the sun were to rise there would be light and I could fly under it. It would be like Charles Lindbergh meets Ansel Adams but it color! You only get a chance like this once in your life and i knew right then...I had to do it!
