Those are gimbal dampeners or shock absorbers, and they are critical to the performance of the gimbal. I would not fly with that damage, as it may result in further damage to the gimbal. DJI is a good resource for UAV repair. You will probably get a refurbished unit back from them rather than the actual unit you send them, but their repair service is reasonable. There are also private repair businesses that will repair your unit and return it to you, but I have no experience with any particular service to recommend one.
