Please help my Mavic smart controller keep glitchingout when I try to change the map to satellite. does the same when I link it to the Mavic mini 2

Can someone help me my smart controllerproblem. it starts over after I press the sat map icon I have tried it on my mavic mini 2 and same deal. And since the controller for the mavic mini 2 does not work with the mavic 2 pro I don't know what to do. I need this for work . any help is appreciated. When I use the mavic mini with its controller the sat map comes up instantly.
