please help sd full

controller keeps saying SD FULL but i have both sd formatted 16 gb on my phone and a 32 gb on the mavic they are both empty formatted. am i missing something here ? can you guys help me on this please thanks

Did you format the Mavic card on your computer or using DJI GO?

In case it was on the computer, try doing it using DJI GO (as soon as the app opens, there is the option to format the card).

In case it was formated with DJI GO, try doing on your computer.
