Polar PRO filters, issue - Loosing quality/sharpness

Hello guys,

I am a bit amateur, but I can tweak one or two things around here and there whenever I have an issue.

However I have been experiencing some issues that cannot understand why they happen or how to solve them.

I have a mavic two, and also bought polar pro filters.

Every time i fly my MP2 I get the image quality desired all details nice and clear, etc etc. Amazing drone. But those other times, when i need to use filters, I get a kind of blurry/soft image, and do not get why is this happening, lost a lot of possible good footage when using filters. Can it be an issue with my filters? I tried different densities, different setting, watched videos online and still messing up my footage when using filters :S..

I got mine used so I don’t know. Do they come with those removable clear plastic protectors? Did you clean them?

Polar Pro has a app that can help with settings and filter selection. Mine work great

Like Bobby Brown said. There is an app from polar pro. You set your mavic up on automatic with no filter and note the shutter speed, then you input the shutter speed and your desired frames per second into the app and it will tell you what filter to use based on how many fstops are required.
