Hi guys. I've recently got hold of a mini 2 se to replace my old mavic pro that I sold. Very good apart from the signal is not very good. I know here in the UK we have ce but on the transmission page in the app the 1km bit is above the line indicating that it's already in fcc mode (if that's correct). My land is big open fields and I can't get the thing to go 600-800m without losing signal. The old mavic would double that with ease whereas the mini video link stutters and lags. Any ides what to try? There are a few trees about but they never affected the mavic pro. Are antenna add ons any good for the funny looking antenna / phone clamp on the controller?
On a side note I alohave a Potensic Atom and the controller is way more ergonomically designed..

WOW you should be getting much better range thats for sure!
Those cheap "clip on the antenna" extenders, Actually work. Its not a "marked" improvement BUT you will notice. Try that and see how it does. You can find them for around 10 bucks.

First thing I'd try is heading to the transmission tab in the main menu to manually select 5.8gHz. if you're not trying to be daft with the range: 5.8 gHz gives you a nice, clean signal well away from the 2.4gHz chatter coming off just about every WiFi device in creation.
