Posting Mavic Pro Platinum pics and videos to Instagram without losing quality

Hello,

I'm a new drone user and want to get the most out of my Mavic Pro Platinum! My question is: How can I post the high quality pictures and 4K video that the Mavic produces to Instagram without losing quality?

From my experience, the higher resolution photos the better for IG, I truly believe that IG distorts both photo/video after upload, mainly video is the easiest to notice the quality difference (but I haven’t uploaded much video content to IG) could be my old eyes playing tricks on me
