Posting vid help

Having trouble posting a short 29sec vid. I’ve done same way in past but this time it says :
Any help would be appreciated.?

Upload it at YouTube.com and then paste the link back here to embed the video.

start your video in youtube, pause, right click on the screen, copy url, (in the forum),click on the three buttons arrow between the smiley face and camera. click media,paste on enter media url.
