Is that a good enough justification to vote for a president who lives or goes to somewhere (anywhere) else?

Generally AFAIK these sort of exclusions are a blanket exclusion for all aircraft. Mavic-Air to a 747
Protection for some heads of state can get a little twitchy. For others is it very relaxed.

With nearly 20 years working in aviation, NWA then Delta at MSP. All airspace is cleared for a period of time before Air Force 1 arrives and departs. In addition, multiple roads are closed between the airport and the president's destination. But after AF1 has landed and parked, normal traffic can continue (though I'm not sure about GA flights), also nothing in the vicinity of the president. Although, there is no shortage of guys in suits with very short hair holding very long guns on rooftops surrounding his location.

It includes this detail:
G. The following operations are not authorized within this TFR: flight training, practice instrument approaches, aerobatic flight, glider operations, parachute operations, ultralight, hang gliding, balloon operations, agriculture/crop dusting, animal population control flight operations, banner towing operations, sightseeing operations, maintenance test flights, model aircraft operations, model rocketry, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and utility and pipeline survey operations.

I was simply trying to direct all discussing the NFZ due to Trump in West Palm Beach to the other thread where this was already being discussed.
