pricing question Air 1

I have an Air 1 , 3 batteries ( well used but still have cycles in them) Mini I pad 4 with sun shield, 3 battery charger, the controller, maybe some props, and a padded case that will carry it all . what would be a fair price for it all?oh a fire proof bag for the batteries
