Problem connection(led) dji mavic air

a friend of mine gave me his dji mavic air because it doesn't work well. the drone turns on but the back led remains solid red and i can not connect it to the pc. do you have any advice? Please hel me

But i don't have the RC..i have only drone with solid red led and, it isn't recognize by computer with dji assistant

He says me that drone fly well but after 2/3 week without use it didn't connect to RC so he tried with smartphone initially work after few minute stop connection...now rhe RC is broken because it fell

Yesterday i managed to connect the drone with pc(windows10) but when i tried to refresh firmware at the end said that there was an error: battery low must be over 50% but my battery was full
