"processor chip overheated" warning , fan stopped turning

The message suddenly pop up on DJI GO 4 screen and I noticed that the fan was not turning any more although I could hear very faint sound of the fan kicking . Just wondering how many members have experienced it on Mavic 2 ?

Is it heavily used? Perhaps in very dusty environments? This type of fans are quite reliable.

No, the drone is actually quite new

Never seen this with at least 1000 hrs of use. Rec don’t use the drone until you get the issue resolved.
