Processor for real-time processing

I want to buy a new processor for a real-time surveillance system kindly suggest one and also suggest to me other hardware that I might need for such processing.

I am using Mavic Air 2. I know it's a bit odd since it is on MSDK supportable therefore I might go with the android OS on PC. Currently, I am going for Bliss OS 11 or 14, if there is a better option kindly inform me.
