No ive never had a problem with the camera, youve got a micro sd u3 card in it ? U3 is 4k recording, dont know your exact problem so just throwing ideas out there

It might be something with this camera idk, but it’s not the sd card. The sd card came with it in the combo, and I don’t use it for video, so I’m not certain.
