Question for air2 &Mini owners

Hi all quick question if you have a Mavic air 2 and a Mavic mini as the air 2 uses DJI fly app can you use the air 2 controller and fly a Mavic mini ?

trying to convince wife to allow me to get a air 2

sorry but the MM and MA2 use different radio systems so the RC are not interchangeable

Thought that might be the case so no air 2 for me then lol.

I was going to sell my fly more combo and keep the spare drone unit I got and have the air 2 if they could be used on the same controller

One is wifi, the other is ocusync 2.0. They are not compatible. And even if they were, DJI would not allow it. You can’t use the Air 2 controller with the M2P for example either
