Wanted to do something like this where I can put a unedited vid to a color graded vid together in one film to
better show the difference..

something like in time line 0:22 where the screen slide to the right with the left showing the color graded version and the right side the unedited one.

Any helpful tips will be well liked by me.. haha

The slide across is called a wipe transition, with (e.g.) Premiere you can make it as fast or slow as you want.

It will depend on your editing software, usually they are almost over-generous with transition styles and best used very sparingly.
