Quick question about GPS signal

Basic question here: aside from being under a structure or being around a bunch of steel, when would OR what would cause weak or no GPS? I'm just trying to understand under what conditions failsafe RTH wouldn't work.

The GPS connection is most commonly weak when there is an obstacle between the top of the Mavic and the sky. Also, when the Mavic is flying in ATTI mode, the GPS data will not be used.
