Quick shots

I took a couple “quick shots” while on vacation- (Dronie)
All other video is fine but the quick shots are bad. Not sure how to describe it but not clear/distorted/choppy.
Anyone know where to start on how to fix?

I will pull off as card. Now I was watching this off app and tablet. I wonder if different on SS card.
