There's two of them about a mile apart. Both in the highway median. The other one is right next to the airport and cannot fly there... This one allowed 100ft via LAANC

I'm new to video, so do you mean set the shutter to twice the frame rate? I'm shooting in auto at the moment, but I do have some neutral density filters to start playing with.

well, like I said, I'm completely new to video.
I shot this in 4k/60, edited in 23.976, and exported at 23.976

I changed the timeline to 30fps, dragged the clip in, and exported at 30fps.. Not what you asked, but I wanted to see the difference. Looks a little smoother? I'll try and reshoot it using ND filters and shutter twice the frame rate in a few weeks.
