Radar red arrow orientation-Factory Reset(Hard Reset)

Hello guys.

I just noticed that the red arrow(DJI GO 4 app radar) is pointing to the left with the Mavic facing forward. Is there a problem with the internal orientation device or GPS?

I just updated the FW since it had a very old(original release version).

I purchased this one as a second-hand device but it has never been flown(Build date is Nov. 2017.) Batteries have 0 cycles and DJI Go 4 app shows it has 0 flying hours.(Previous owner lived next to an airport so he was never able to fly this thing).

Also, is there an option to have it like factory fresh device? erase everything including settings?

Both on the AC and your mobile device.
You can reset to Factory Defaults in Assistant 2.

Not sure what the problem is. Same home, same place. Different Mavic. Previous Mavic Pro never had issues with calibrating and/or red arrow within the radar. Now, with this new Mavic Pro Platinum, I cannot calibrate compass and the red arrow does not reflect real orientation.

Any suggestions? When MPP arrived home, it had original release, then it was updated into 0400... same issue with both things. Now, downgraded into 0100 to verify those things, same issue.

Any suggestion?

Tried with Huawei Ascend XT2 and iPhone 7.

It's usually a phone orientation thing.
