Thinking of purchasing a Enterprise Dual. In the thermal camera specs it says
Range:
High Gain: -10° to +140°C
Low Gain: -10°to +400°C
Accuracy:
High Gain: Max ±5% (typical)
Low Gain: Max ±10% (typical)

Max 5 degree accuracy of a 100 degree object would work for me but can I get the info out? i.e., I've read a lot of older discussions that there was/is some issue with the jpeg files not being fully radiometric. Like not having a temperature associated with each pixel, so the resulting image file wouldn't work with Flir Tools. On the other hand the Dji product page shows a hotspot labelled with the temperature. I admit to confusion, what's the latest?

You are right, the created images from the Enterprise Dual are only .JPG. There is no radiometric data associated with each image.
All you will get are colorful low-resolution images with no use for serious work.
DJI deliberately does not create .RJPG images.

You have to go with alternative thermal solutions.
