How do you edit my photo? Can you teach me?

How do you edit my photo? Can you teach me?

First on the focus part. It is good to tap the screen to get the correct focus on your subject.
For editing, I use Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. What editing software do you have?

I do not have any photo edit apps, however I have iMac, does iMac have free photo edit app?

There are free web-based editing tools like Photopea | Online Photo Editor

Gimp is pretty powerful but has a learning curve GIMP
