Raw Photos distorted

Anyone know what causes this? It’s only on photos. Video is clear. Not sure if it’s a transfer issue.

Edit: after putting into Lightroom it fixes itself so possibly an issue with the raw file. Never had issues before. Using iPhone 13 Pro.

Plenty reports on this. It's an Apple software issue. The raw file is perfectly fine as you found out by putting it into Lightroom.
