I know there is information on the AC Firmware and on Dji go 4 Firmware on what each update does BUT is there a site that gives information on what the firmware updates do for the RC????

Nope!, but maybe you can pass it along sometime when you find out.
RC firmware is very solid with DJI in all versions that exist.
Hoping to change that soon.
