RC Mavic pro Trouble

Hello. I hope everyone's okay. I need support for a problem I have with the Mavic Pro RC. This, after linking correctly with the ship and the IPhone, impresses everything well but when entering the configuration menu, the only icon you see is the RC plus three points in parallel below, not abut or I can accesder to the other icons and functions. Flying the ship does not seem to be a problem. I tried another Mavic Pro RC and the menu problem does not exist, everything is fine. I beg your advice. Thank you.

It sounds like that remote controller is in slave mode. Try relinking it like this:

Thanks a lot. He had done it but it did not work; Now I did it again and all the icons appear, but for that I had to put it as a primary RC. Thanks a lot.

You got it. The icons won't appear when the remote controller is set up as the slave.
