RC Not connecting - BUT ONLY OUTSIDE

Hi All. New to this. but having major issue with RC not connecting and no image etc on my new iphone mobile. Thing is this ONLY HAPPENS WHEN I AM OUTSIDE......As soon as I go inside and into my office, connects perfectly........cannot be the Cable as everyone is pointing too?

That’s a strange one, haven't came across it before.
What drone are you using ?

Go to "mobile data" settings in your new new phone. Sounds like your new phone isn't putting out any signal. Make sure DJI is switched "on" in mobile data buddy.

Hi. Thanks. Checks the mobile data, already on for DJI fly app. I was also told the connection is not through the phone and I did not need a signal? the area it is not working in is a remote area, but still with a mobile signal.
