RC PRO Activation

I've already linked my RC Pro to mavic 3, but when I try to charge it only charges until 60%, how can I fix it?

I bought one, and I had a big issue because the seller send me one that only work for mavic 2 air, I sent back.. they tested on the store, and sent me the right this time, I linked with mavic 3, fast, update and everything else. Today I was charging it for a flight on friday, and it only charges until 60%, I talked with dji, and they told me that's not activated, and i don't how to do it.

It doesn't work, because this screen of activation never appears, but I fixed, I connected the rc pro on my dji assistant 2, downgrade to 1.00.03, and re-linked, after that it charged normally until 90% than I upgrade to 1.00.04, and now it's fixed, but I was piss off that I need to discover it my self, DJI Helpdesk didn't help.
