Rc signal strength never maxed??

Hi guys, I just started noticing that my rc strength indicator never maxes out (5 bars). It always only has 4 bars or less.. even when im only a few feet away.

Any thoughts?

Couple of things to check. Verify the channel your on is free and clear. If possible the channel to the left and right of it too. If not go manual and move it to best possible scenario.
