Suddenly I can no longer see the images on my SD card. Message says I need an app to do so. Has anyone had this experience? Is there an app to download for MacBook to read SD card reader? Thank you.

Maybe you can borrow a working card reader to test. Yours may be malfunctioning m.

FYI: Just learned I needed to update firmware. Once this was done all worked again ...
(I use Litchi and was bypassing, did not see, firmware update messages.)
