Recommended app for mapping coastal erosion

Hi, I'm new here. I just bought myself a Mavic Pro a few months ago. Been trying out apps (Pix4DCapture and DroneDeploy app) to create maps and 3D models. For coast, what apps or procedures should I carry out to map the area? Preferably automated.

Been using DroneDeploy for most of my coastal work and looking forward to trying out the new "Live Map" feature they just introduced.
