Recovering deleted flight records?

Yesterday, for no known reason, my Go4 App with the latest update on board & working fine last time out, refused to run for more than ninety seconds at a time. It would open and work for exactly a minute and half and close.

Reinstalling the app solved that problem alright, but my records of the last 142 flights are gone.

Does anyone know of a way they can be recovered?

Did you sync them prior to deleting the app?
Are you logged in to your DJI account?

No and Yes, in that order.

I saw the sync option only after I had reinstalled, and I was logged into my DJI account.

I did the same thing....gone!

Guess I suspected as much.

How often would you suggest to I sync to preserve a new start?
