Is anyone else having problems with the Mavic refresh program? I open the case on May 24 and sent Wiadro noon on the 26th. On June 6 I got the notification that they requested $79. I paid immediately. In the DJI status it is stuck in waiting for funds. I have contacted them almost every day and they say they will look into it. I am feeling like I will never get my drone back. Any advice?
IFLIGHT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED in California. It's not a matter of being patient. They literally do not have a record of my payment even though I have a transaction ID from the sixth. They just keep saying they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours.
