Registration question

Well I’m going to Spain tomorrow, and I need to register my drone. Can you register the drone on another European country’s website? Or do you haveto do it with Spain? If you can do it with another country, can someone send me the link to any other countries website? (Preferably the UK’s website since it’s in English)
