Interesting read. I would still be concerned with some drones under .55 lbs hitting a person though. I have a 3" racer that tops out around 80 miles an hour. This would fit under that requirement and I hope to God I never hit someone with it. Overall, I like the idea of relaxing some restrictions on drones though.
