Isn’t the USB port on the remote supposed to be able to connect visuals to an iPad? I can bring up the app, but no visuals from the drone!

What version iPad, are you using the side or bottom port, if you are using the bottom port do you have the side port unplugged?

Did you make sure to disconnect any cable to the micro usb port on the side of the controller?
Have you tried a different lightning cable?

You must disconnect the connector on the side. Also, I have noticed that the latest firmware has connection issues, where it will sometimes not connect to the device.

Yes, you must connect your mobile device to the remote controller via a USB cable.

How are you attempting to connect it? Which iPad model do you have?
