Just received n email from DJI service group, the RC will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no cost to me. Should be repaired within 4 to 6 business days.I am waiting on a response from DJI about repairing my remote. DJI informed me the remote is not covered under the DJI REFRESH warranty. Took the remote out of my case and the 5 D button is laying in the bottom of the bag. I am not 100% sure if it broke off or fell off. This remote is less than 6 months old and only slightly used compared to my camera gear. Is this a common problem or a weak point.
