Has anyone had a problem with their remote controller failing to charge?

The charge port can be damaged if you aren’t careful.
not uncommon. Look and see if it looks normal inside where you plug it in.

You can only connect the USB-micro A in one way properly, the contact compartment is square and therefore it’s possible by force to do it the wrong way with broken circuit as a result. Be very careful wich way is the right way to connect it.
