remote will not charge

Problem? my controler wont take a charge

Was unit in a crash? no

What have you tried so far? changed cords and power sources

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? android phone

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? updated

What Go app version are you using? ???

Any modification? (if so what) none

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what) no

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link)

I have connected it to my computer and that doesn't show it being connected?
I have used this remote maybe 6 times and I use the bottom USB port for connecting to my phone so I didn't damage upper small USB port.

Hi,5 hours on charge and only two flashing light on the controller. take it off ... hi, thank you for input. cord change tried, not resolved. also can't do the ..... You may be in beginner mode, you can only change it outside of this mode. ... DJI great as always, first was Mavic pro with lens condensation from inside ...
