Return to home issue

Hi all, i have been having issues with the return to home function. When i activate RTH the drone starts climbing where it is past the set height and continues to climb past the allowed height here. I have to stop the RTH and manually bring it down. I have just completed an update but the problem still persists.

The recorded flight data is the way to be sure, but one common for RTH climbing further than expected is obstacle avoidance trying to avoid a low, bright sun.
Would yours have been trying to RTH towards the sun?
