RM 500 won’t connect to the internet?

I have an RM500 which refuses to connect with the internet. Please see the photo.
I keep getting an authentication error message. Has anyone got an idea how I can fix this problem.
I need to load Litchi and and other apps on the controller but can’t do it without internet.

Try making sure the password is correct.

Check if your router has Access Control enabled. Enabled means no authorization even if you enter the correct password.

Can you please help me find out how to find out if my router has this enabled state.?

Have solved my internet connection problems but can’t work out how to load the litchi app on to my controller. Any help here?

I have an RC Pro and just loaded Litchi onto it. I had to download the amazon app and download Litchi from there. You may need to download APKPure first and use it to download apps to your controller.

Thanks for your response, still have problems with getting any apps to download onto the controller. Keep getting the message that It can’t connect with the google servers and try again later. Without being able to download App Stores how can I get Litchi onto my rm500 controller.

Whatever you typed disappeared. But now I see you have that in your OP. What happens if you hit on 'add network'?

Definitely can connect with the internet and there is a browser called “lightning “ installed. I use this to try get the google play store. I the keep getting the message that it won’t connect with the google servers and to try again later. I need to get litchi working on the controller and can’t find a way to do this without getting the google play store.

Can you go to Amazon and download the Amazon Appstore with the Lightening Browser?
