Rochester Minn Drone friendly?

I'm wondering about what it's like to fly in Rochester as I'll be there for a few days this summer. I thought maybe someone could clue me in about and local laws regarding drone there. Or places very scenic neat there.

After reading a bit on the local rules it doesn't seem too restrictive as long as you follow FAA regs.

Lots of open fields in the surrounding farmlands

get your rear end out of bed and take advantage of the golden hour. You'll have no one looking over your shoulder and you should get spectacular Video's and Photo's....Do I do that? rarely but you should

I think I might be able to manage that since all this month I’ve been getting up at 3am to be at work by 4am ? ( 5 12’s)
