Rookie Mistake

Did the same thing with my 3 Pro into low-hanging very visible (but unnoticeable) cable/phone line, and it squirmed its way loose with no damage. When you fly, everything in the air is a possible threat.

Glad it all turned out well. And you forever ask "how could I have let that happen?"

Even when there's no heat. I put my Air 2S into low wires when I was being harassed by early morning mosquitoes one foggy day. Similar type of result, it got hung up, but eventually flew clear of them.

Same. Wires and my are old friends. lol, sometimes I even get lucky.

Yes. I flew straight up into a power line.

Pilots nightmare. I’ve awoken many times in a sweat. I’ve talked to others who have experienced the same.

Noticed the wires you hit were much higher than the ones visible on camera. Could've added to the confusion while looking at the screen. Thanks for posting and the happy ending.

Could very well be described as a rookie mistake, but you are not the
Lone Ranger. Plenty of pilots out there with years of experience clipping wires.
Good that it was just some spinners!
