RTH landing, keeps missing 32” landing pad...

My spark which does not have precise landing option in DJI GO 4 always hits the mark. Even without precision landing selected on the P4PO, it manages to hit the mark. How can they miss this on the flagship drone. I do manual landings most of the time but I use precision landing to test that my gps is working properly.

How can they miss this on the flagship drone. I do manual landings most of the time but I use precision landing to test that my gps is working properly.

The reason is that consumer GPS is not pinpoint accurate and is commonly +/- 2 metres, sometimes more.
Try 10 landings and plot where they go.
Precision landing doesn't test GPS. It uses optical technology.

Plus ... Precision Landing is not a working feature in the Mavic 2 series. Rumor has it they'll add it back with a future update. Should have been there out of the box, but it's not.
