Is there any change with canceling RTH while mavik is returning with the 600 update?

You should be able to cancel RTH by pressing the RTH button on the remote controller.

What exactly doesn't seem to be working as expected?

You can also cancel it by pressing the pause button, or flicking the drone into sport mode.
