Safe fly: Malaysia

I've referred some info. inside Safe fly section (DJI official website), saying max Safe Fly height = 121m (400feet) for Malaysia. I knew that this aircraft can reach up to 5km from the surface, is it advisable not to unlock the safelock to fly more higher than the stated height distance as allowed by the government?

Well DJI refers to the 5km distance as horizontal distance, not the vertical and going 5km, the air is so thin the props would have a hard time keeping it in the air, I think you could defientley turn off the safe Max flight as DJI only uses the takeoff elevation for determining that. For example to fly over a mountain 400 feet above your takeoff elevation, you would have to turn it off.
