I think I liked Film the best. I guess some of the ones that were flat looking allow you to get the most out of it in Post? Still learning myself.

What time of the day did you shot this, and did you use any ND filters. Looks like with the sun at 90 degrees off to the left, is that correct. Thanks for doing this. Also, what bird's camera were you using. MP, MPP, Air?
I am finding the sky is so overexposed and washed out with no distinguishable features and sometimes gives the appearance of a haze that is not there in reality. It improves a little with, warm, blue, cool filters. Does anybody else experience this overexposure of the sky?
