The samsung Note 10 comes with either of two different CPU chips.
The Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855 should be fine but the Exynos 9825 has been giving trouble with DJI Fly.
Unfortunately, according to the specs, that processor is the one sold in Europe, the Middle East and African markets.
