My Mavic Air conects with the Tablet but there is no video feed on the screen. Every thing else is showing on the tablet except the video from the MA.

Have you unplugged the little side lead that plugs in to the charging port on the remote? You need to do this to get video when using the main USB port at the bottom.

Stupid question but could it simply be a case that you were indoors where it was too dark and / or the camera was covered so the screen just looked like there was no video?

No, unfortunately not, i were out side in the sun.

I had this happen with dedicated 6 several weeks ago. I had not updated it for a very long time so I updated and it worked. What is strange is I was using my iphone X a week later and got the dark screen, turned everything off and back on and I had a picture again. Weird.
