Yes, it is U3 write/read. Just use it w/o reformatting.

I would go for one that is V30.

Ultra is not U3, unless SanDisk updated it over the last few years. Extreme is U3.
Bitrate of MM is only 40Mbs so U1 should be OK but MM may still look for U3.
