sc or a2s won't link

I have a problem linking the smart controller to the a2s. I tried all kind of scenarios but without succes.
in the past it worked but now it seems impossible.
should i send the 2 back to DJI repair service?

So what's happening? Are you getting an error or is the drone just not connecting? You might want to try re-binding them together.
